Called Caboussin, a playful blend of cabosse and poussin, French for cocoa pod and chick, this 75% Signature Blend dark chocolate chick takes its shape from the cocoa pod. Inside, instead of beans, it hides a delicious mix of praline treats: coconut, Sicilian almonds, and Neapolitan hazelnuts. A tribute to our iconic praline, made with lightly caramelized sugar, a touch of fleur de sel, and the finest nuts, blended with cocoa butter for a smooth, creamy texture with just the right crunch.

Cocoa beans (Madagascar, Ecuador, Peru), cane sugar, ALMONDS (10%), cocoa butter, HAZELNUTS (6,1%), water, grated coconut (1,7%), MILK powder, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, gluten, sesam, soya, mustard and other nuts.
