Since it's customary to offer bouquets on Mother's Day, our head chocolatier and designer decided to do two things at once with this springtime creation.
With infinite delicacy, our Fleur unfurls its finely chiselled corolla around a tender recipe: a strawberry fruit paste and a hazelnut praline, all coated with Madagascar 75% milk chocolate.
On the palate? A hatch that's as poetic as it is delicious.
Ingredients
Cane sugar, HAZELNUTS (16%), cocoa butter, strawberry puree (10%) (strawberry, cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), cocoa beans (Madagascar), MILK powder, crispy crepe chunks (WHEAT flour, sugar, concentrated butter (MILK), sunflower oil, skimmed MILK in powder, BARLEY malt, salt), water, glucose syrup, vanilla beans, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent : yellow pectin, antioxidant: tartaric acid, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, mustard and other nuts.
