The truffle in its purest form: an intense, melt-in-the-mouth dark chocolate ganache, coated in dark chocolate and rolled in cocoa powder. Their intentionally irregular shape retains the touch of the hand that crafts them.

The ganache is crafted using cocoa beans from Peru, Ecuador, Cameroon and Madagascar, processed in our Parisian workshop. A House classic for dark chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (Peru, Ecuador, Cameroon, Madagascar), liquid cream (MILK), cane sugar, invert sugar, sweetener: sorbitol, glucose syrup, semi-salted butter (MILK), dextrose, cocoa butter, fat-reduced and alkalised cocoa powder (acidity regulators: potassium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, ammonium hydroxide), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fleur de sel. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, gluten and nuts.
