Born from an exchange between Alain Ducasse and the chefs of the Manufactures de Biscuit and Chocolat, this creation embodies the meeting of two exceptional crafts.

Ingredients

Half-salted butter (MILK) (32%), WHEAT flour (28%), dark couverture chocolate (cocoa beans (Cameroon), cane sugar, cocoa butter, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa: 75% min.), icing sugar, potato starch, rice flour, bicarbonate of soda, fleur de sel. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesam, soya and nuts.
