In the Cocoa Pod Farm henhouse, our elegant 75% Signature Dark Chocolate Hen is clucking with delight , and for good reason. She’s not sitting on eggs, but on praline treats filled with coconut, Sicilian almonds, and Piedmont hazelnuts. Beneath her crisp, perfectly balanced chocolate shell is a delightful assortment of mini hens, bunnies, and chicks, each elegantly shaped, with centers that are both melt-in-your-mouth smooth and satisfyingly crunchy.
