Our sales advisors will be present at your event to share the philosophy of the Manufacture and to describe with precision the bonbons crafted by our artisan chocolatiers. Our experts will reveal the secrets of our production process, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bonbon.
Select the bonbons of your choice, based on your preferences, from our origin ganaches, gourmet ganaches, and traditional pralines, and discover unique flavors and textures.

DISCOVERY WORKSHOP
Discover the perfect pairings offered by the Alain Ducasse restaurant sommeliers and the Manufacture chocolates! Spirits and chocolate share a vast range of tasting notes that reveal the distinct characteristics of their origins, the craftsmanship of artisans, and the uniqueness of these exceptional materials. This offers a wonderful playground for gourmets: wines, sake, sparkling drinks on the spirit side, dark, milk, ganache, or praline on the chocolate side. Let yourself be surprised by bold and daring combinations.
For example, sparkling sake, a Japanese wine, reveals all the creaminess of the Signature Blend 75%. It respects the delicacy of the cocoa while enhancing a deliciously creamy sensation on the palate.
A muscat from Frontignan will magnify the red fruit notes of a raspberry ganache.
We also offer tasting workshops focused on Chocolate and Coffee pairings from the Manufacture de Café Alain Ducasse.
TASTING WORKSHOPS
Our advisors invite you on a sensory journey through various tasting workshops.
To savor the purity of the origins selected by our chocolatiers and discover the incredible aromatic spectrum of cocoa beans, we can organize chocolate bar tasting workshops for you. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, unconched bars, pure origins or blends… an entire universe awaits you!
Also, enjoy our chocolate bonbons, composed of gourmet ganaches with fruits or spices, pure origin cocoa ganaches, as well as traditional pralines with a variety of nuts.
COOKIE CREATION WORKSHOP
Explore the Manufacture with a private guided tour led by one of our pastry chefs. Take part in a cookie creation activity and leave with your handmade treat. Then, enjoy a tasting session of two biscuits per person, carefully selected by our experts, accompanied by two glasses of Moët & Chandon Champagne per person, as well as unlimited soft drinks and water.
ICE CREAM AND SORBET EXPERIENCE
Discover the world of our ice creams with a guided presentation by an expert who will unveil all their secrets.
- Artisanal: Crafted and churned in Paris by our ice cream makers, our creations are made from fresh fruits transformed into exceptional sorbets.
- Fresh: Prepared daily in small batches with seasonal ingredients sourced from carefully selected producers.

Private Visits
Enjoy an exclusive visit to the Manufacture with one of our chocolatiers for groups of 4 to 8 people, from 8 PM to 10 PM. Afterward, savor 6 bonbons with our sales advisors. You will also be offered 2 glasses of Moët & Chandon champagne.
Workshops
At the end of your visit to the Manufacture, you will have the opportunity to create your own chocolate mold with our chocolatier and leave with your handmade creation!
Event confirmation is required at least 2 weeks prior to the desired date. Maximum of 8 people; available year-round except during Christmas (November-January) and Easter (March-April) periods.
