Well buttered, very crumbly and melting in the mouth, our « purs beurres » will take you back to childhood! The simplicity of the recipe gives pride of place to the ingredients. The butter used comes from the Haute Folie farm in Normandy. It gives the biscuit all its richness and subtlety, as well as a lovely golden colour. Philippe Guichard's organic, ancient wheat flours add crumbliness and intensity of flavour.
