As the citrus harvest season draws to a close in Corsica, (re)discover the Manufacture's unmissable candied citrus fruits.
Take a bite: the slight resistance of the thin dark chocolate shell gives way to the incredibly melting peel of citrus fruits, thanks to the savoir-faire of our confectioners in Soveria. Oranges, lemons and grapefruits are picked in season to capture their most intense flavors. It is in our Paris Manufacture that our chocolate craftsmen coat it.
